When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped that day via chosen shipping choice. Orders placed after 4:00pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping and all customers have the ability to upgrade shipping to UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air at an additional cost. These express mail costs are dependent on package weight and ship-to address. Special Delivery Notice for CPAP/BiPAP Machines

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/BIPAP MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. UPS WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE.

Eberhart Home Health will ship internationally, but shipping rate is to be paid by the customer on all orders regardless of price. International shipments are eligible to be shipped UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Rates determined during checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
