I would like to recommend Eberhart Home Health, Inc. to any facility. Being a pulmonary and sleep specialist in South Orange County, I have utilized services from Eberhart for our patients since its inception about eight years ago. My experience with their services has been very positive, and my patients and practice have benefited greatly from this relationship. Eberhart Home Health is a local company in South OC, and their response has always been very prompt. Most patients have commented on their friendliness and enthusiasm to provide extra efforts so all services are clearly understood. When our patients have had problems, they were responsive to phone calls quickly and efficiently. Many patients have thanked me for recommending their services. Patients have developed close ties and many of them know the technicians by their first name. I do use other larger DME companies, usually because of insurance reasons, and when I do, the number of complaints go up, and it creates headaches for our office. The type of services Eberhart Home Health provides are hard to find these days and are quickly vanishing amidst the glut of gigantic DME companies. Please note that we have had the pleasure of being acquainted with John Eberhart of Eberhart Home Health both professionally and personally for the past 10 years. Even before Mr. Eberhart began Eberhart Home Health he was an exemplary Respiratory Therapist who cared for the majority of our patients that were hospitalized at San Clemente Hospital. After venturing out on his own 8 years ago, we have solely relied on Eberhart Home Health to meet the respiratory needs of our patients and families, from home O2, to nebulizers, to CPAP machines. We can unfailingly rely on the prompt and courteous attention of Mr. Eberhart and his staff. As a Medical Office Administrator I personally enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that I can fax in a an order with a patient's pertinent information and rest assured that even late on a Friday afternoon, our patient's needs will be met, without my having to call time and again just to be certain someone is paying attention to our referrals. It is not unheard of for Mr. Eberhart or his staff to go the extra mile and drop off equipment late at night or on the weekend to a patient in need and get the details from us the next business day. Eberhart Home Health is very unique. They are owned by two respiratory therapists. I have known both owners, John Eberhart and Robert Hall, for many years. They are both qualified and experienced in homecare and the hospital. They understand the patients' needs and are able to give them the proper education. I have had many patients who have been on service with their company and have been very happy. John and Robert are very concerned about the patients' welfare and have all the equipment necessary to fit the patients' needs. They have the portable tanks as well as the lightweight liquid oxygen. I am writing this letter on behalf of John C. Eberhart from Eberhart Home Health, Inc. Over the last four months John and I have worked together to provide sleep medical equipment services to our community. He has worked tirelessly, going above and beyond the call of duty in this venture. He was responsible for initiating and implementing the durable medical equipment section of our new medical practice, Sleep Center Orange County. Without his dedication and hard work, we could not have provided our level of quality service. I truly owe him much gratitude in this respect. John has also shown a sincere desire to help patients in my medical practice. He frequently goes out of his way and spends extra time with those patients who need it. It is with our warmest feelings of sympathy that we write to you today, as we want to thank you for being our guardian angels. With so many late calls, so many requests for weekend drop-offs and quite simply for the many times your staff have been there for us, we could not begin to tell you how much we appreciate your efforts and dedication. Being on an oxygen life support system handicaps our every movement and impairs our abilities to being self-sufficient. Being our age and having our lives literally dependent on having a sure supply of oxygen at our fingertips, put us on a great deal of debt and quite certainly makes us look at life with a different attitude. God bless you Sergio, John, and Robert and thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for having such big hearts and for caring the way you do. We love you and appreciate all of your efforts.
